  First of all I want to say excellent blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask
  if you don't mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your head before writing.
  I've had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out.
  I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes
  tend to be wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or tips?

  When I originally commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each
  time a comment is added I get three emails with the same comment.
  Is there any way you can remove me from that service?

  Heya this is kinda of off topic but I was wondering if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML.

  When I initially left a comment I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get 4 emails
  with the same comment. There has to be a way you can remove me from that
  service? Many thanks!
